From 7–9 January 2025, Initiatives of Change (IofC) International convened a regional Trustbuilding Program (TBP) Gathering at Asia Plateau, Panchgani, India.

Children can, at best, empathize with their aging parents' suffering, but they cannot bear the pain on their behalf. Since no one can endure the pain in their place, the reversal of the natural order—where parents care for their children—inevitably brings hardship to all family members involved.

I am excited to apply this knowledge in Indonesia. As women, we need a special space to share our stories and grow together. It's important to trust that every woman has potential and inherent value. Often, women are perceived as weak because they are seen as too emotional. However, through CoP, this becomes a strength. Every woman has the right to be herself.
