This new programme is the result of a combination of the former Caux Interns Leadership Programme and Caux Volunteers, revamped to give participants more opportunity to have both training and experience which suits their needs and those of their communities. Initiating Change – from Within to Beyond
Seven-week training to become effective Change Leaders
A practical and intensive programme for energetic, self-starting young adults, who are ready to engage deeply with the core ideas of IofC – to change oneself, live with integrity, and bring positive change in society.
The programme is open to people of all backgrounds, cultures, nationalities etc. and provides a unique opportunity to work with diverse people who are seriously attempting to make a difference in today’s world. The training will be held at Asia Plateau (AP), the international centre for IofC (formerly MRA), in the hills of Panchgani, Maharashtra, 100 km from Pune. The centre is constantly busy with short courses for batches ranging from senior Government officers, business leaders to educators and youth. Read more information about the programme here.
