If I had to look at myself long before today, what one could see was "a calm, open water". I'm sure there's something in between the quiet but I don't know what. Finally, this year became a year filled with turmoil, storms, being tossed around with all the memories, and feelings that were there but I never try to identify. I don’t know where it all came from, where all of this was going, and how to deal with the inner turmoil that burst suddenly.

Willem Jansen, Program Coordinator at IofC The Netherlands, visited Initiatives of Change Indonesia. This visit aimed to strengthen the connection and friendship between the two teams, with a focus on IofC Indonesia’s contribution to the international Trustbuilding Program (TPB).

Trustbuilding Program Camp Makassar that was initiated by Initiative of Change has been held from 14 to 16 October 2022 at Galesong beach with a main theme “heal the past and hope for the future”.

IofC Indonesia team hosted Willem Jansen from IofC Netherland from 6th August to 2nd September 2022. Mr. Jansen visited 7 cities to reach out friends of IofC as well as to experience and mentor the Trustbuilding Program in Indonesia. He visited Jakarta, Bogor, Yogyakarta, Magelang, Bandung, Kuningan, and Makassar South Sulawesi.
